Ever in search of luxury, Varun heads to Abadia Reuterta leDomaine in Spain, a converted monastery with a few rooms and suites but a huge reputation for excellent cuisine, service and wines. Here he meets the hotel’s head winemaker and explores their stunning vineyard before enjoying a cooking lesson with Michelin starred chef Andoni. Varun visits the local town and samples a variety of tapas dishes, classic and contemporary. Then he steps into action mode for some horse riding and falconry before its back to the kitchen to meet Quique da Costa who has 3-Michelin stars!
